On the Compare Folders window, you can either manually reconcile the folder differences or have FolderMatch synchronize the folders for you. To manually reconcile the differences, use the Copy, Move, and Delete operations available on the Toolbar, File Menu, and right-click context menu. To have the program synchronize the folders automatically, press the Synchronize toolbar button and select a synchronization method.
